By: Jonathon Zenk, Assistant Director of Communications EUGENE, Oregon— Rushana Dwyer ran a 51.77 to place 18 th in the women's 400-meter dash to earn honorable mention All-American honors on the second day of the NCAA Championships at the University of Oregon.
