Gregory Sets School Record, Earns First Team All-America Honor In Decathlon

EUGENE, Ore. -- Ryan Gregory capped off the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a record-setting performance Thursday, finishing fourth overall in the men's decathlon at Hayward Field. The senior totaled 8,001 points to reset his own Long Beach State school record of 7,898 points set last season, earning first team All-America honors in the decathlon.
