Yoshida Named Perfect Game Second Team Freshman All-American
ITHACA, N.Y. — Cornell baseball freshman right-handed pitcher Ross Yoshida has been named a Second Team Freshman All-American by Perfect Game, the organization announced Thursday afternoon. Yoshida is the third Cornell player to earn Freshman All-America recognition, joining fellow relief pitcher Kellen Urbon, who was named a Louisville Slugger and NCBWA Freshman All-American in 2012, and Justin Milo, who earned Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American honors in 2007.
