Bronze! Kristian Imroth Finishes Third in Steeplechase at NCAA Outdoor Championships

EUGENE, Ore. – Eastern Kentucky University's Kristian Imroth is the NCAA bronze medalist in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase. The senior from Hemel Hempstead, England finished third in the steeplechase final at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on Friday evening at Hayward Field, earning first team All-America honors. He clocked a time of 8:20.91 in the race. Louisville's Geoffrey Kirwa won gold in the event, while Tulane's Silas Kiptanui took silver.
