Brendan Roberts Joins Chicago Dogs of The American Association

KENOSHA, Wis. – Carthage College senior pitcher Brendan Roberts is headed to the professional ranks after signing with the Chicago Dogs of the American Association, the organization announced recently. Roberts becomes the latest Firebird to continue his baseball career professionally following a four-year career in Kenosha that saw him develop into one of the team’s most reliable arms on the mound. Over 47 career appearances, Roberts compiled a 4.74 ERA while logging 207 innings and striking out 163 batters.
