Baseball’s Smith Jr. Invited To MLB Draft Combine
DAYTON – The University of Dayton baseball team will be well-represented by Michael Smith Jr. at this year's MLB Draft Combine, Major League Baseball announced. Named to the ABCA/Rawlings East All-Region Second Team, Smith Jr. earned a spot in the FlyBoys' record book, setting the single-season record in stolen bases with 38, ranking second in walks with 47 and finishing fourth in single-season runs with 65 and 20 hit-by-pitches.
