Morgan bolsters roster with Kailea Ricks from Ohio State

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State softball and head coach Charlotte Morgan announced the signing of Kailea Ricks on Saturday afternoon. Ricks, a Valley native from Madera, Calif. returns home with two years of eligibility remaining. Ricks spent the last two seasons at Ohio State University. As a Buckeye, Ricks did not see any game action her freshman year but was named Scholar-Athlete in 2025. At Ohio State, Ricks came off a sophomore campaign in which she had eight starts in 16 appearances.
