Rockies Select John Brebbia, Designate Sammy Peralta

(MLB.com’s Thomas Harding noted earlier today that Brebbia had a locker in the Colorado clubhouse.) In corresponding moves, the Rox placed right-hander Blas Castano on the 15-day injured list due to a right pectoral strain, and left-hander Sammy Peralta was designated for assignment. More to come..
