Turnwall Earns Gold at U23 Pan American Championship!

LIMA, PERU – Emmanuel Wrestling rising senior, Karissa Turnwall made waves in her first international competition, earning the gold medal at the U23 Pan American Championship. The international competition was held in Lima Peru on June 12-13. Turnwall competed in the women's freestyle event at 55kg. She finished the tournament with three wins by tech fall and two by points. Turnwall was instrumental in helping Team USA earn the the Women's Freestyle team title.
