14 Bulldogs Named Empacher-IRCA Scholar Athletes

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) has announced its 2026 Empacher-IRCA Scholar Athletes, with 14 Bulldogs earning recognition. To be named an Empacher-IRCA Scholar Athlete, rowers and coxswains must meet the following criteria: Be a student-athlete at an IRCA member institution. Be in at least their second year of eligibility. Have competed in their program's top three varsity boats during the current season or raced at the 2026 IRA Championship.
