Pangretitsch picked to Nation’s Capital – 2026 NHL Draft

With a selection in the 5th Round (151st overall), the NHL’s Ottawa Senators selected Greyhounds defenceman HARRIS PANGRETITSCH on Day Two of the 2026 NHL Draft. Harris, a native of Toronto, ON was ranked #159 in the NHL Central Scouting Final Rankings for North American skaters - and becomes the second player from the Hounds selected in this year’s event. The 6.04, 216 lb Pangretitsch recorded a 14 point (2G, 12A) rookie campaign with the Greyhounds that saw him later named recipient of the team’s Most Improved Player Award and Co-Winner of the Scholastic Player of the Year Award.
