Report: Zach LaVine opts in to $49 million player option for 2026-27 season
Zach LaVine is staying in California's capital. The two-time all-star wing is set to opt in to his $49-million player option with the Sacramento Kings for the 2026-27 season, ESPN's Shams Charania reported Monday. LaVine, 31, struggled with injuries during his first full season in Sacramento, averaging 19.2 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 39 games.
