‘U’ Lands Pair of AHCA All-American Scholars

MINNEAPOLIS - Two members of the University of Minnesota men's hockey team were named 2026 Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholars on Monday as Jacob Rombach and Finn McLaughlin were honored for their efforts in the classroom during the 2025-26 campaign. Rombach appeared in all 36 games during his freshman campaign, becoming one of eight Gophers to skate in every contest during the year. The rookie defenseman recorded four points on the year, including his first collegiate goal in Minnesota's season finale at No. 10 Penn State in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals.
