Area players earn post-season baseball honors

Published 12:10 pm Tuesday, June 30, 2026 Multiple local baseball players at JMA and GMC Prep received postseason awards for their respective individual performances on the baseball field this spring. GMC Prep’s Ayden Hamm was named to the Class 1A Division II All-State Third Team. The recent graduate registered a 2.10 ERA through 60 innings pitched, earning four wins along with 60 strikeouts. Hamm also averaged at .330 batting average (BA) along with a .412 on-base percentage. John Milledge Academy had several athletes earn all-region and all-state honors.
