Mantz and Nye Named PhillySIDA Academic All-Area

PHILADELPHIA – Jessica Mantz of women’s lacrosse and Gabby Nye of women’s track and field were garnered PhillySIDA Academic All-Area. This winter and spring, Widener earned two spots on the PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Team. Jessica Mantz earned her spot for the first time in her career while Nye returns as a familiar face. To be eligible for the PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Team, the individual must hold a 3.30 in their respective sport (3.00 for football) and hold significant statistics throughout the season.
