Baseball Adds Morales to 2027 Roster

Head Coach Gregg Ritchie and the George Washington baseball team have announced the addition of graduate transfer Miguel Morales, who will join the club for the 2027 season. Morales, a native of Arroyo, Puerto Rico, arrives in Foggy Bottom after two seasons at Texas Southern. Morales appeared in 40 games in 2026, making 35 starts primarily as TSU’s catcher. A lefty at the plate, he finished with a .366 batting average in 131 at-bats, registering 48 total hits. Included in that mark were four doubles, one triple and one home run.
