Czyz Named USILA Scholar All-American; Mocs Earn Academic Team Award

LAKELAND, Fla. – The Florida Southern College men’s lacrosse team was honored for the sixth-straight season with the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association’s (USILA) Academic Team Award for the team’s performance in the classroom while senior Jacob Czyz was named a USILA Scholar All-American for his efforts both on the field and in the classroom. In order to earn a USILA Academic Team Award the program needs to compile a team GPA of 3.00 or above for the season and the Mocs were one of just 29 programs throughout NCAA Division II to receive the honor.
