Newell Earns CSC Academic All-America Honors

LONGVIEW, Texas — LeTourneau women’s golf senior Hannah Newell was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America second team, announced the organization on Tuesday. Newell becomes the first golfer in program history to earn the distinguished honor, and the second YellowJacket to garner Academic All-America this season (Maddie Flanery, Softball). Newell is the 12th student-athlete in LeTourneau history to collect Academic All-America honors.
