Ambrogi-Torres Awarded All-State Honors

ASHLAND, Va. – Valentina Ambrogi-Torres (Richmond, Va./Trinity Episcopal School) has been named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Field Hockey All-State Second Team for the 2025 season. The reigning Old Dominion Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year finished with career-bests in saves (155), save percentage (.876), goals allowed per game (1.14) and shutouts (nine). In anchoring nine shutouts, the junior guided her team to the most in a single season in the history of the program, including the postseason.
