Conference USA Announces Men’s Basketball League Schedule

DALLAS — Conference USA has released the full 2026-27 men’s basketball schedule, including WKU’s conference slate for the upcoming season. With 10 teams in the league, each program will play a home-and-away series against every opponent, totaling 18 conference games. The Hilltoppers will open conference play on Dec. 31 with a road matchup against reigning CUSA Tournament Champion Kennesaw State in Kennesaw, Georgia.
