Gray Named All-State in Football

FERRUM, Va. — The Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Association has named the 2025-26 All-State teams and Ferrum College’s Omarza Gray has been honored. Gray was named to the College Division Football All-State First Team. A freshman wide receiver from Roanoke, Virginia, Gray was named the 2025 Conference Carolinas Football Offensive Rookie of the Year after a stellar first season with the Panthers. In 11 games, Gray made 44 receptions for 767 yards and six touchdowns. Gray’s longest catch came in Ferrum’s October 4 home game against Shorter University.
