Men’s tennis finalizes class of 2030

VESTAL, N.Y. – Binghamton’s men’s tennis announces the signings of Radu Filipache and Milan Icboyun. Filipache, a Buzau Romania native, was ranked 18th in Romanian U18 national rankings, and was ranked 35th in the Romania men’s national rankings.
