Ferrum Enters Final Year of NCAA Division II Expedited Membership Process

FERRUM, Va. — Ferrum College begins the final year of the NCAA Division II Expedited Provisional Membership Process beginning in August 2026. Established by the NCAA in 2024, the two-year process provides institutions with an opportunity to complete their transition to Division II in a shorter timeframe, provided they meet all membership requirements. Beginning in August 2027, Ferrum will hold full NCAA Division II membership status.
