New Saint Andrés Amón Set to Represent Native Spain at FIBA U20 Eurobasket

LOUDONVILLE, NY – Incoming Siena Men’s Basketball freshman Andrés Amón is set to represent his native Spain on the world stage. The 7-1 center from Madrid will compete for Spain at the FIBA U20 Eurobasket Tournament July 11-19 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Amón has been training with the Spain U20 team since June 16, and already competed in a pair of tournaments in preparation for FIBA U20 Eurobasket.
