Samb Latest to Join the Wildcats 2026-27 roster

VILLANOVA, Pa. – Abdou Samb, a 6-8 forward from Upper Marlboro, Md., who last played at Towson, has officially signed an aid agreement to play for Villanova in 2026-27. Samb emerged as an all-state performer at Frederick Douglass High School before beginning his college career at Rhode Island. He averaged 6.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per outing in 2023-24 at IUPUI before transferring to Towson. In 2024-25 he appeared in 32 games at Towson before sitting out the 2025-26 campaign in Baltimore.
