Mora, Galloway Selected in 2026 MLB Draft

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State’s Chase Mora and Rashawn Galloway were selected in the 2026 MLB Draft. Mora went in the ninth round to the Milwaukee Brewers, while Galloway was a 16th round pick to the Houston Astros. This marks the second consecutive season, and fifth in the last six years, a Bobcat has heard his name called.
