Helmick Drafted by the Cincinnati Reds

EASTON, Pa. – Tristan Helmick of the Lafayette baseball team was selected in the 20th round of the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft on Sunday. Helmick was selected with the 602nd pick in the 20th round by the Cincinnati Reds. The Fort Washington, Pa. native has amassed eight wins in 37 appearances, with a 6.37 ERA and 141 strikeouts.
