NAU Tennis Squads Achieve ITA All-Academic Status, Seven Lumberjacks Named Scholar-Athletes

PHOENIX (July 13, 2026) – The Northern Arizona men’s and women’s tennis squads both garnered All-Academic Team honors, as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association released its 2026 academic awards Monday morning. Multiple members on each team also earned recognition as ITA Scholar-Athletes for this past year. On the women’s side, Elen Jantacova , Madelynn Ludwig , Natalie Rainke , and Leontina Stojanovic were named Scholar-Athletes, while Ivan Perisic , Jakub Jedrzejczak , and Jakub Volesky each grabbed the title on the men’s side.
