SMU Named ITA All-Academic, Six Mustangs Earn Scholar Athlete Honors

TEMPE, Ariz. (SMU) – SMU Men’s Tennis was named Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team and six team members earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors as announced by the association on Monday. To earn the ITA All-Academic Team distinction, a team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or over for the entire 2025-26 academic year. Along with the team award, eight Mustangs were named 2026 Division I Men’s ITA Scholar-Athletes based on their athletic and academic achievements.
