Lander Tennis Recognized by ITA for Academic Success

GREENWOOD – The Lander men’s and women’s tennis programs were recognized by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for their outstanding work in the classroom, as both teams earned ITA All-Academic Team honors while a combined 22 Bearcats were named ITA Scholar-Athletes. Both Bearcat tennis programs earned ITA All-Academic Team recognition after posting outstanding team grade point averages during the 2025-26 academic year. The women’s team recorded a 3.81 GPA, while the men’s team finished with a 3.78 GPA.
