Emporia State Tennis Earns ITA Academic Team Honors

Men’s Tennis | 7/15/2026 11:29:00 AM July 15, 2026-Both the Emporia State men’s and women’s tennis teams were recognized as ITA All-Academic Teams while five Hornets earned ITA Scholar Athlete status. For the men Gwendal Mazuay , Dhruveer Grover , and Diego Calvo were named Scholar Athletes while Sheriden Wichman and Erin Cahill earned the honor for the women. A team must have a combined grade point average of 3.20 or above with all student-athletes on the institutional eligibility form included for the current academic year to earn All-Academic Team status.
