Massachusetts Tennis Earns ITA All-Academic Team Honors

AMHERST, Mass. – Eight members of the University of Massachusetts tennis team were recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, while the squad as a whole garnered ITA All-Academic Team honors of their combined academic success. Graduates Ella Faessler and Renata Farima , rising seniors Amanda de Oliveira and Amelia Tye , rising juniors Owethu Makhanya and Martina Pavissich and rising sophomores Duru Baycan and Madara Markevica were among those that earned scholar-athlete accolades for the Minutewomen.
