Women’s Tennis Collects ITA All-Academic Team Recognition; Three Monarchs Named Scholar-Athletes

WILKES-BARRE, PA (July 16, 2026) — The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) recently announced its 2026 Division III Women’s ITA Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams, recognizing teams and individuals for academic excellence throughout the year. The King’s College women’s tennis team collected ITA All-Academic Team recognition, while three Monarchs were named ITA Scholar-Athletes. Women’s tennis student-athletes continued to shine in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year. Across Division III, 1,309 student-athletes earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors, while 177 programs received the ITA All-Academic Team distinction.
