NBA salary cap The NBA Players Association continues to push back against the league’s second tax apron. New NBPA executive director David Kelly told The Athletic’s Mike Vorkunov that the current system has gone too far, arguing it discourages teams from keeping championship-caliber rosters together. “It’s not good for fans.
