Sounders trade two international spots for GAM

The Seattle Sounders traded their final two unused international roster spots in exchange for a total of $500,000 in General Allocation Money. The Sounders have now traded six of the eight spots they started the season with, with Kim Kee-hee and Yu Tsukanome the only players currently occupying international spots on the roster. One of the recently traded spots went to Sporting KC, who sent the Sounders $250,000 in 2026 GAM. The other spot was traded to Atlanta United, who gave the Sounders $250,000 in 2027 GAM.
