Toronto FC trio Chukwu, Bossenberry and Fortier named to Canada U20s for Olympic qualifying tournament

Three Toronto FC players will look to end Canada’s long Olympic and U20 World Cup droughts this summer, when they compete at the Concacaf U20 Championship in Mexico. The tournament will serve as direct qualification for both the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games. Canada have not played at the latter tournament since 1984, while the U-20 World Cup has eluded them since Canada hosted it in 2007.
