Women’s Tennis Garners ITA All-Academic Team Accolades

DETROIT — The 2025-26 Wayne State University women’s tennis team has been honored with the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team Award while three student-athletes received Scholar-Athlete accolades. To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must meet the following requirements: Have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale) All student-athletes included should be listed on the institutional eligibility form All varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year Wayne State earned a 3.390 GPA during the 2025-26 academic year.
