Comets Third In Own Football Tournament

Greenville High School hosted its first seven-on-seven football tournament for freshman and sophomore players Saturday. Five teams competed with the Comets winning two of their four games. GHS beat Wesclin 14-12 and Chester 14-8. Rochester went 4-0 to claim first place. Shelbyville ended in second place, followed by the Comets, Chester and Wesclin.
