Wolves Picked Sixth in UAC Coaches Preseason Poll

ARLINGTON, Texas - As part of the UAC Football Kickoff in Texas, the United Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches Poll was announced with UWG being picked to finish sixth by the league's coaches. In their first year under Steve Englehart, UWG received 39 points in the poll and finished ahead of rival North Alabama and UAC newcomer, West Florida. Both Tarleton State and Abilene Christian were tabbed as the preseason favorite as each had three first-place votes and tied in total points.
