Hockey announces 2026-27 season schedule

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – The University of Alaska Anchorage announced its 2026-27 hockey schedule Tuesday, highlighted by a season-opening series against defending national champion Denver and a six-game series against Alaska Fairbanks in the Alaska Airlines Governor's Cup. Alaska Anchorage will host the defending national champions Denver Oct. 3-4 and will follow up with a two-game series at Michigan, which advanced to the Frozen Four in 2026, Oct. 9-10.
