Coyote volleyball earns 12th straight AVCA Team Academic Award

LEXINGTON, Ky. — For the 12 th straight year, the South Dakota volleyball team has earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award. To be eligible for the AVCA Team Academic Award, teams must maintain a year-long grade-point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale. The Coyotes posted a 3.73 GPA in the 2025-26 academic year to earn their 14 th overall Team Academic Award.
