Dutch merit ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award

PELLA—For the third consecutive season, the Central College baseball team was announced as a recipient of the American Baseball Coaches Association’s Team Academic Excellence Award presented by Sports Attack Wednesday. The program recognizes college and high school programs that complete the year with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Coach Adam Carey ‘s team achieved a 3.14 GPA. Central had seven players on the American Rivers Conference All-Academic squad, requiring a 3.5 GPA, and three on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District list.
