Griz volleyball wins 6th straight AVCA Team Academic Award

The University of Montana volleyball program received the 2026 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for its outstanding performance in the classroom, the organization announced Thursday. The Grizzlies maintained an impressive 3.66 cumulative GPA over the course of the 2025-26 school year with 10 student-athletes maintaining at least a 3.70 GPA. This is the sixth straight season that Montana has earned the team award and the 10 th time overall in the program's history.
