Volleyball Earns AVCA Team Academic Award

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) released today that 1,432 collegiate and high school volleyball teams earned the 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award. The award is given to teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average of at least 3.3. Wofford was honored for the 11 th consecutive season for the 2025-26 academic year. Wofford had five players selected to the Southern Conference Fall Academic All-Conference Team, which requires student-athletes to have at least a 3.3 GPA and appear in at least half of the team's competitions.
