Volleyball: Louisiana Volleyball Earns 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award

LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Volleyball earned 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award honors as announced by the AVCA on Thursday. The Team Academic Award recognizes high school, two-year, four-year indoor and beach volleyball programs that maintain at least a 3.3 cumulative grade-point average on a 4.0 scale in the academic year. During the 2025-26 season, Louisiana maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.39 on a 4.0 scale. Thirteen student-athletes posted a GPA of 3.0 or above with three earning a 4.0.
