Three Fighting Hawks named to 2026 Team Canada World Junior Summer Showcase Roster

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A trio of North Dakota hockey players were named to the 2026 Team Canada World Junior Summer Showcase roster on Friday afternoon, as announced by Hockey Canada. Sophomore forward Cole Reschny , sophomore defenseman Keaton Verhoeff and incoming freshman defenseman Carson Carels are part of the 32-player roster that will take part in practices, scrimmages and a trio of exhibition games against Finland, Sweden and the United States from July 26-Aug. 1 at the WFCU Centre in Windsor, Ontario.
