Amundson Signs With Waterloo Bucks

WATERLOO, Iowa – Luther College baseball pitcher Sam Amundson (St. Paul, Minn./Two Rivers) singed with the Waterloo Bucks of the Northwoods League (a collegiate wooden bat league) on July 24 and his contract goes through the end of the season. He made his first appearance for the Bucks on Sunday, July 26 vs the La Crosse Loggers. During the 2026 season the Norse, Amundson had a 3.53 ERA (earned run average) with a 2-3 record with one save in 35.2 innings pitched.
