Women’s Tennis Earns Jimmy John’s Academic Team of the Year Honors for Third Straight Year

For the third consecutive year, the UIS women's tennis team has earned Jimmy John's Academic Team of the Year honors, finishing the 2025-26 academic year with a department-best 3.93 GPA. The mark was the highest team GPA in the GLVC as well. Women's tennis continued its outstanding work in the classroom throughout the year. The program earned both Academic All-GLVC Team and ITA All-Academic Team recognition, while every student-athlete on the roster was named an Academic All-GLVC selection and an ITA Scholar-Athlete.
