Seven Flyers Named PFL Preseason All-Conference

ST. LOUIS – The Pioneer Football League announced its preseason all-conference teams ahead of the 2026 fall campaign. Numerous University of Dayton student-athletes were recognized on this year's preseason teams, coming off yesterday's coaches poll that picked UD to finish fourth in the league this year. Running back Luke Hansen leads the offense, joined by seniors Michael Mussari (WR), Gavin Lochow (AP), and Matthew Barnes (OL). On the defensive side, senior Mirko Jaksic anchors the line while the linebacker duo of Joe Kingsbury and Sam Schmiesing picked up preseason honors as well.
