Visscher Bests Bulldog Record with Bronze Medal Result at Dutch National Championships

HENGELO, Netherlands – Last weekend, Drake Bulldog Maud Visscher competed in the discus throw at the Dutch National Championships in her home country of The Netherlands, earning a high finish and Bulldog best mark. Visscher took bronze at FBK Stadium in the Dutch city of Hengelo. Her best discus toss of 54.03m/177-3 garnered the top three finish and established a new Drake Track & Field program record. Visscher had a sensational spring season, earning MVC Women's Most Outstanding Field Athlete honors.
